Lauren Rickards is Associate Professor at the Centre for Urban Research at RMIT where she co-leads the Climate Change Transformations research program, and the Natural Capital Constellation of the Food Agility Cooperative Research Centre. Further afield, Lauren co-leads the Nature, Risk and Resilience study group of the Institute of Australian Geographers and is a Lead Author with Working Group Two of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change. A member of multiple interdisciplinary research project, Lauren works primarily on the agriculture-climate change relationship, including extreme events such as drought and fire.
