Conference Title: Moving beyond ESG Discourse: How Sustainability can Help Building Supply Chain Justice?

Minelle Silva is Manitoba Professor in Supply Chain Sustainability in the Supply Chain Management Department and Director of Sustainability at Asper School of Business, University of Manitoba, Canada. His research interests concern mainly supply chain sustainability, including sustainable purchasing and sustainability learning and practices, supply chain justice and supplier diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). Minelle is a board member of the European Operations Management Association (EurOMA), and he has published in journals focused on sustainability and operations management such as International Journal of Operations & Production Management, Supply Chain Management: An International Journal, International Journal of Production Economics, Journal of Purchasing and Supply Management, Business Strategy and The Environment.
